Growth which lasts and is strong is gradual. It comes through the accretion of experience through learning.

Gradual growth allows for things to find their rightful place in the scheme of things.

Every person goes through stages. In youth the wildness has to be explored. A person's youth finishes when they are ready for the adult pursuit of building something. Each finds a landing which suits them personally, and if they don't then they are dooming themselves to a period of disquiet and tension.

In pregnancy the majority of the first conceptions are miscarried. Generally it is the later pregnancies that hold. A miscarriage is a tragic thing, but the love felt for the pregnancy is not lost. Similarly projects can be miscarried in the early days. Through a variety of factors. Failure of the first does not preclude the success of the latter efforts.

The work one does through life is in preparation for what is to come at the end years. The transition. The  final project as it were. That last stage is figuratively the summit and from there one can see everything which has come to pass.

One has to maintain lines of communication between subordinates, partners, everyone. To not do so opens the field to those who would do harm. Misunderstanding arises from this.  Nothing is to be gained from withdrawing. Or being too solitary on one's mountain peak.
