Comparisons
Gatherings of people of ideas, of likenesses is hinted at here. As a lake is a collection point so is this period. In each of us is the collection of everything embodied in our ancestors. They are strong in us, we are a work in progress. Still gathering. To understand this is important so as not to desolate their legacy.

Knowing this and doing nothing with it is dangerous to the soul. It will eventually spill out as a frustration, an enthusiasm something precipitous and dangerous.

An idea can be strong, it can effect lot of people, who in their way interpret what they have been given, altering the nature of the idea. being a person you might find yourself being affected by the new dogma of populism and  need only to reacquaint yourself with the original idea without the intermediaries again. This will strengthen your wavering resolve.

If there is no reason to fight what is happening then the best thing is to go with the flow. If the reasons for existence are more than mere survival then all will be well. remaining true to an ideal is of paramount importance in those who have leadership qualities. Who find themselves at the centre of attention.

If you are misunderstood make it known. Allowing a misunderstanding to persist creates far more trouble than clearing up the misunderstanding.
